Promotion Overview:
1.1. The promotion offers customers a free t-shirt with the purchase of any weekend rider ticket.
1.2. The promotion is valid for a limited time only.
1.3 The promotion will open at 7am July 25th 2023 and close at 7am July 27th 2023.
1.4. The promotion is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Eligibility:
2.1. The promotion is open to all individuals aged 18 and above.
2.2. The promotion is valid for customers who purchase a weekend rider ticket to OpenRoads Rally Lithgow within the first 48 hours of tickets going on sale. Tickets go on sale at 7am July 25th 2023.
2.3. Only one free t-shirt will be provided per eligible weekend rider ticket purchase.
Free T-Shirt:
3.1. The t-shirt design is at the discretion of the promoter
3.2 In order to receive your t-shirt you must note your t-shirt size at checkout
3.3 T-shirt sizes are as follows, XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL
3.3. The t-shirt cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative item.
Redemption:
4.1. T-shirts must be picked up in person at the designated t-shirt pickup location at the OpenRoads Rally Lithgow 2023 event.
4.2 You are responsible for arranging your own transportation to the event and ensuring that you collect your t-shirt during the designated pickup hours.
4.3 Failure to collect the t-shirt during the event will result in forfeiture, and no alternative item or compensation will be provided.
4.4. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of the purchase and may request additional information if necessary.
4.5. The promoter will make reasonable efforts to deliver the t-shirt within a reasonable timeframe. However, delivery times may vary and are subject to factors beyond the promoter’s control.
General Terms:
5.1. OpenRoads Rally reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
5.2. The promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
5.3. OpenRoads Rally reserves the right to disqualify any individual who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or deceptive behaviour.
5.4. By participating in the promotion, you agree to release and hold harmless OpenRoads Rally from any liability arising from or in connection with the promotion or the free t-shirt.
